Every pet is made to look and smell as appealing as possible with a colorful bandanna and if requested, pet-friendly cologne. You can request a certain groomer or use whomever is available on the date and time of your choice. Our computer system tracks what was done each time and the price you paid, so that for your convenience, you can say "do what you did last time".

Unlike many grooming establishments, we encourage communication between our groomers and you. You can speak directly to your groomer before any work is done and oftentimes, after the grooming, he or she will be available and happy to talk to you about your pet's experience. With over nine years in this location, we cherish the long-term relationships we build with our customers.

Many people ask how long their pet will be here during grooming. On average, grooming takes about four hours. This is not a guarantee. Depending on the circumstances of that day, it may take more or less time. We do not keep your pet here any longer than necessary. We work as quickly and efficiently as possible with the safety of your pet in mind, always. If you have time constraints on the day of your appointment, please let us know beforehand. For a nominal fee, we can provide "rush" service so your pet is in and out as quickly as possible.

We welcome you to drop your loved one off, leave a contact phone number and we will be sure to call you as soon as he/she is ready. If you can't come right away, you may come anytime before closing. We can board your pet overnight for a nominal fee if you are unable to pick your him/her up before closing. Feel free to inquire about our VIP Taxi Service!

We have many fuzzy customers who come in just for a bath. A bath includes all of the services a full groom includes, minus the haircut. All shampoos are soap free so that they can be used in conjunction with your monthly flea prevention. Our base rates for baths range from $15-$45.

Rates are based on the size of the dog and length of the hair being worked on. Factors that may raise the rate of your bath or groom include a need for full scissoring (in the case of haircuts,) fleas and ticks, matting and aggressiveness.

Rates for cat baths and grooms are priced similarly. Call for a price range or better yet, come by Beautify The Beast with your pet for a free estimate.
